Alchemy Fitness based in Romsey, opened it's doors in 2011 by director Holly Bayliss. Holly wanted to open a personal training studio without the additional costs associated with gyms.​

12 years later the personal training studio has evolved into a team of personal trainers who create bespoke sessions, and programmes to suits the individual client's needs. As well as sports massage and rehabilitation.

At Alchemy Fitness you won't find before and after photos. We believe that fitness should be part of your daily routine, and the benefits are beyond transformation photos. We will help you be the best version of yourself.
